Refund policy

At Roszana, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our products are fashion jewellery with a 1-year anti-tarnish guarantee, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy, with limited replacement under specific conditions.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return & No Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.


2. Replacement Policy (Applicable Only Under Specific Conditions)

We offer replacement only, not refund, subject to the conditions below:

✅ Eligible for Replacement If:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
An unboxing video (continuous, unedited) is shared clearly showing the issue.
The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

📩 Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
❌ Not Eligible for Replacement If:
Damage is caused due to scratches, breakage, chemicals, or rough usage.
The product is damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence.
Natural wear and tear over time.
Color change due to improper care.
The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.


3. One-Time Replacement Only
Replacement is allowed only once per order/product.
Once a replacement is issued, no further claims will be accepted.


4. Anti-Tarnish Guarantee Replacement
Roszana provides a 1-year anti-tarnish guarantee under normal usage.
If the product loses its anti-tarnish quality within 1 year:
The customer must bear both side shipping charges (to us & back to customer).
No additional product cost will be charged.
The product will be inspected before approving replacement.
5. Shipping Responsibility
If replacement is approved due to our error (damaged/defective product):
We bear the shipping cost.
For anti-tarnish guarantee replacement:
Customer bears shipping charges only
6. Scam Prevention Policy

To prevent misuse:
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims.
Claims without video proof will be rejected.
Any attempt to misuse the policy will lead to permanent account blocking.
We reserve the right to reject replacement requests after inspection.


7. Final Decision Rights
Roszana holds the final authority to approve or deny any replacement request.
All decisions are taken after quality inspection and policy verification.
