• Such minor variations do not qualify for replacement or refund.

• We accept prepaid orders only.

• Roszana reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

• Orders may be cancelled by Roszana due to:

• Stock unavailability

• Incorrect address details

• Courier service limitations

• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines provided are estimated, not guaranteed.

• Roszana is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once an order is marked Delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Roszana follows a No Return & No Refund policy.

• Replacement is provided only under specific conditions as mentioned in our Return & Replacement Policy.

• All replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

• Replacement is allowed only once per product/order.

• Customers are responsible for following proper jewellery care instructions.

• Damage due to:

• Breakage

• Rough handling or improper storage

is not covered under replacement or anti-tarnish guarantee.

8. Anti-Tarnish Guarantee

• Roszana provides a 1-year anti-tarnish guarantee under normal usage conditions.

• Replacement under this guarantee is subject to inspection.

• Customers must bear both-side shipping costs for such replacements.

• Tarnishing due to misuse or improper care is not covered.

9. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

• An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims.

• Any attempt to misuse policies, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity may result in:

• Claim rejection

• Order cancellation

• Permanent account blocking
