• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

• Once shipped, orders are delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. There’s no shipping charges. 

4. ⁠Prepaid Orders Only

• We accept only prepaid orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

5. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

• Roszana is not responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address

• Non-delivery due to wrong contact details

• Re-shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

• Once the order is marked as Delivered by the courier partner, Roszana is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen packages

• Claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product on Delivery

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share a clear unboxing video as proof

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

8. Replacement Shipping Costs

• If replacement is approved due to our error, we will bear the shipping cost.

• If replacement is requested under the 1-year anti-tarnish guarantee:

• The customer bears both-side shipping charges

• No additional product cost will be charged

9. Non-Serviceable & Delivery Delays

• Some pin codes may be non-serviceable by courier partners.

• In such cases, Roszana may:

• Contact the customer for an alternate address, or

• Cancel the order (refund only if cancellation is initiated by us before dispatch)

10. Right to Modify or Cancel Orders

• Roszana reserves the right to:

• Cancel any order due to stock unavailability, address issues, or courier limitations

• Modify shipping partners without prior notice
